The go live is December 2025. Don't expect anything exciting until then. Between now and then, you might see more talkgroups become active, or you might not. Training is being held for local emergency services between now and then. I would expect we will get database submissions before December either from end users or the folks who have already shared systems status with us. Once more info is shared, it will get added to the database. Until then, sit tight. Christmas is coming.

I programmed the new system into my SDS200. When in ProScan, I keep noticing that the simulcast site frequencies keep dropping the fourth digit (5) to the right of the decimal point. I'm pretty sure that I used Sentinel to add the system.

I've changed it back using the RRDB differences, but it keeps changing back to a zero. Is there something that I'm doing wrong (most likely scenario) or something else and what do I need to correct it?

Thanks

This is expected behavior and won't affect reception of the system. Also discussed here and on the threads contained within

No, I just put it out there in case anyone hasn't been following the new system lately.

I'm sure Steve will chime in when he has more information to share.

I'm now receiving the test messages on the following TGs:

100
110
112
205

211 ENC

All sounded good.
Something interesting of note, over the past two days on the site openmhz there have been recordings of testing on those TGs, and each TG has a name assigned such as "Cent Fire" or "EMS Hail." I wonder if the feed provider knows something. We shall see.

Sorry. Been slammed. Physical programming of radios has started this week. You have probably been hearing a lot of testing as each radio is programmed. Coverage grid drive testing is set to begin just after the 4th of July.
No need to apologize. You're doing a lot right now. Let's face it, most entities don't share much of anything when it comes to new systems except the bare bones minimum for their subscribers. So we greatly appreciate the updates! Often we observe changes and share them with the forum. Excited to hear coverage testing is to begin soon.

100

112

211 ENC

So here is the basic breakdown:
For fire and EMS there will now be 3 Zones going forward. EAST, CENTRAL, and WEST. Each of these zones will have a primary response talkgroup and 4 OPS talkgroups. EMS will migrate to a single Countywide EMS Hailing Talkgroup with breakout EMS OPS talkgroups for larger scale EMS Incidents.

East Fire TGs are 100 - 109 (Not all in use)
Central Fire are 111 - 119 (Not all in use)
West Fire are 120 - 129 (Not all in use)
EMS are 130 - 139 (Not all in use)
FD Training are 140 - 149 (Not all in use)
Fire Police are 150 - 151
Voice Dispatch is 160

Police Sectors are exactly the same and the 200s are reserved for Police.
Command is TG200
Sectors 1 through 7 are TG201 through 207
Encrypted M Channels start at TG211 and go to 217
"Data/CLEAN" is encrypted and will be TG220

300s are encrypted hospital hailing.

400s are EVENT Talkgroups and other county Talkgroups.

1000s are individual department talkgroups.
