Seeing as though the new p25 system is starting to become operational what are the plans for dispatch frequencies will they be vhf or uhf

The control channel literally went on the air yesterday. It's extremely early in the process and nothing is quite "operational" yet.

I am aware of that and I guess my wording was wrong because it’s not operational yet but it’s going up. So let me simplify my question is the county planning on moving fire and EMS off of low band and onto VHF or UHF once the p25 system is put into service
