DMR Tier 3 control channel heard in Greensboro on 462.250. My Uniden shows the color code as 0. That might be the first Tier 3 signal I've heard in the Triad thus far.
I've noticed a large amount of DMR licensed in Guilford County and have heard quite a bit on the occasions I'm over there. There are numerous DMR systems, mainly CAP+, but also all the other flavors as well. Anyone over there should have a field day IDing stuff as quite a bit isn't in the database.

New CAP+ system used by International Home Furnishings in High Point, NC discovered the other day and has been submitted to the database. It has pretty decent range as I was hearing it inside a building in Kernersville.

I didn't pull the license to see if it's permanent or temp. But if it's temporary then it might be (or might have been) related to the High Point Spring Furniture Market.
It is a permeant license and some of it's voice frequencies have been noted in the past in this thread IIRC. Apparently no one had mapped it out yet, or if they did it was not submitted to the database.
I live about 7 miles ESE of same. I'll have to load it in a radio as well and take a listen.

What are some good search ranges for DMR signals? I am using SDRPlay to search.
Most can be found between 450 and 465 MHz, although there is also usage between 150 MHz and 160 MHz in some areas.

could be rrpd they have been flipping all around again and are now using 155-8575 on dmr and the 535 is their op channel so im not sure if they are dmr on their either or not

Don't know what going on here but have started monitoring a NC prison Ops Loud and clear on #463.4250 CC-13 could be conditions because I have monitored VA radio communications on UHF for the first time #451.0500 Nac#500
Are you sure it was NC prison comms you heard? According to a FCC license check NCDPS/DOP (or any other state agency or private prison/jail) does not hold a license for that frequency in North Carolina, however there is a radio rental license in the Charlotte area on that freq, and the NASCAR Hall of Fame licensed for DMR in Charlotte.
