Everything in your screenshot looks to match up with what's in the database. Can you provide an audio or video sample or what it's doing?

I do not get audio very often, it maybe over an hour before I hear anything. and If I do it will be just a few seconds.

If my Google Maps skills are working this evening, it would appear that you are about 150 miles away from this system. Is that correct?

If so, then you might have gotten lucky a few times (probably when there was some serious ducting going on) and your scanner was able to decode audio. Most of the time you're not going to pick that traffic up; just too far away.

That's what I'm seeing as well.

My bad, transmit not Texas. :/
I am getting the location of the transmit TX site. hang on. :)
If the location in your profile, Truman, AR, is correct, Poinsett County, AR, is in the northeast part of the state, west of the Mississippi River, and the border with Tennessee.

Unless you are currently in, or fairly near, Johnson, County, you'd be stretching too far for normal reception. The only time you'd hear anything, as sallen07 noted, is if certain atmospheric conditions allowed signals to travel well outside their normal, usable, range.

Are you visiting someone in Clarksville, or another city in Johnson County.

The frequency is programmed as conventional. It should be One Frequency Trunk. You should still be able to hear the audio with audio type set to digital only and color code set to search or the correct value. I would try setting the color code to search in case it has changed. The correct color code will be displayed. The system type must be one frequency trunk to use TGID's and slot numbers. Squelch should be set to 2.

One other reason to use One Frequency Trunk: 158.97 is also analog used for sheriff backup. Sometimes, there is a problem when sharing the same frequency. Using a TGID adds another layer of decoding which could possibly eliminate the problem. Make sure you read previous post #38.

How do I change it to One Frequency Trunk
