Has anyone actually received any DMR traffic on those newly listed Dominion frequencies?

Yes, but they're not very talkative. I suspect 452.7250 in Orange is also part of the DMR conventional system.

I see that Dominion is in the process of transferring their licenses to Nextera Energy. Was that sale/merger approved?
