How do you know they are "gun" ships? They could be just sissy ships.
Could be but most of the Blackhawks that Patrol Philadelphia, Pennsylvania Delaware and New Jersey are protecting Rehoboth Beach for the basement dweller and Bedminster estate and Golf Course, one of our new commander in Chiefs residence. My guess is they are at least minimally armed.

I live in this area and with Biden spending most of his presidency in his basement it's common that we have a well-armed cap including armed Blackhawks. They could be there just for show to further dupe the public but I don't think so lol. Got to wait for a while, month or so, this nonsense will all end.

All of the helicopters are doing standard night time flight training. There is nothing unusual about what you are seeing. If you monitor the activity on a regular basis - besides now with the drones - you would realize this has occurred for years way before any of the current (past or future occupants of the White House) were even anywhere close to being POTUS.

I have been a monitor for nearly 58 years - flight training goes back a lot further than you think .... you are just paying more attention to it now and it surprises you how active this area is with military training flights day or night. That is why the US military is the best in the world because these airmen/women of all services (Army - Air Force - Navy - Marines and the USCG) fly in all kinds of weather to do their job and stay prepared. Please do not dishonor those who swore an oath the protect this country by thinking they are doing anything but staying prepared to do that job - no matter who the POTUS is.

Understood Terry, I've only noticed Blackhawks when Biden was in Delaware, I haven't seen that many otherwise, when I saw them orbiting together I thought maybe something was found. I assumed it was drone related.

You're right I have never seen so much activity, when Biden is in Delaware I do know there's at least two Blackhawks that hang off of Rehoboth Beach.

No way am I attacking the service personnel themselves or the military themselves. Didn't realize that came through, I'm a very patriotic person and support our armed services heavily.

My sarcasm is directed to this whole scenario that we have been experiencing.

For decades MilAir transits and trains all over NJ and Eastern Pa.

Looking back, after the first night or two of operations, the UAV surprise was no longer a surprise.

At that time a NOTAM should have been posted. It should have defined the days, times and altitudes and area, along with general description of UAV and they will comply with all pertinent rules and regulations. Should have posted along with a phone number in the Notam.

That did not happen and that was a mistake.

Northstar had no missions to look on the overnight.I think that switch is off.

I agree with that, I think it was a mistake too.

Perhaps that information was provided to the appropriate authorities but on a need to know basis only. There may be more behind this then what there appears to be and to use the old adage. "Loose lips sink ships" Perhaps to keep things under control from the point of view of those operating the drones (presuming US Government) - deal with it - what we are doing has more potential to cause harm than individual situations that are affected.

I'm on the record as saying this all along. This might have started as something top secret and covert, testing of new weapons or equipment which the military can do all they want, they don't have to explain anything to anybody otherwise it wouldn't be secret anymore.

I definitely didn't think that the military should notify the governor of New Jersey or New York I believe it would be leaked the next day.

The media and politicians started demanding answers and whipping up a frenzy. People on social media, especially ones that don't have a scientific, technical or military background just started making things up as they go. Along with local and national media who aren't that intelligent, this all just got out of control.

People started thinking every helicopter, commercial plane or anything that had lights on it blinking was some kind of an attack from who knows.

The devil is in the details. Note the exceptions. All perfectly sensible, any government stuff can still fly. It merely stops careless and reckless people in theory, or they may be held accountable. Stops counter surveillance too once cover was blown perhaps.
Let ‘s fly!

No reason to hide the ownership and cause this problem, when they could have said they're running tests on new equipment.
It's the intentional cover up that concerns people.
There's a reason they desperately tried to claim it wasn't happening.
Kirby did a pathetic song & dance trying to convince us they weren't there.

The information is based on a need to know basis. You and I are not a threat but someone else could be and is watching or could watch to determine the effectiveness of their tests. As soon as they said it is not a threat - they are basically saying we know more than you do about the situation and do not worry about it. If I tell you XYZ is not a threat it is because I know what XYZ is and can say that. If I tell you I am not sure but I am checking into the situation - let me do my job and stop asking me the same question. I used to have a friend who worked in undercover operations. I would ask questions and he would answer what he could - if he did not want to answer the question he would just laugh - the more he laughed the more I knew to stop asking the questions.

I live not far from Davis Monthan AFB here in Tucson. I pause live TV just to listen to them roaring over my house and I thank them every day for burning that fuel.
Yes that comment that I made was misunderstood. I understand standard exercises and training is not a waste of fuel. I misunderstood but was set straight. I misinterpreted why there were so many Blackhawks concentrated in Pennsylvania and New York. It was just standard training exercises.

hopefully this will stop -

Fifteen aircraft, ranging from planes to helicopters, at Joint Base McGuire-Dix-Lakehurst have been struck by lasers from the ground since Dec. 7, said Rochelle Naus, a spokesperson for the facility.

In one incident, a pilot was injured, officials said. The injured pilot was given medical care after landing. Naus didn’t elaborate further about the injury but said the pilot was in “good condition.”
