Iran launched a Mother ship a month ago, which contains these drones, which is now off the Eastern Coast of the USA. Iran bought the ship, technology, and drones from China.

Could they be launched off of a vessel in international waters & controlled anywhere on the planet?

If you don't know what they are how can you say what they aren't. I'd be more concerned about what they could be spraying.

They're probably satellite controlled. That's what I'd do.

I personally think this is China. They have already cut cables connecting Sweden and Finland. And are hacking our telecommunications companies.

If someone was willing to pay for it, they could pull historical data from one of these sites for all ships belonging to China or whatever. I say this because it's likely these drones were ship launched. Crosscheck the time and date of when the drones were first spotted and ships in the area. Someone did this investigating the fiber optic cable that was cut and found a Chinese ship doing interesting things in the area of the fiber optic cable.

New tidbit. At State briefing today, all State helicopter support of locating drone activity has been suspended, concern of collision risk.

There was activity on NJICS when this started. By in large has migrated to encrypted TG’s including helicopters.

Cellphone or the MDT seems to be preferred way now.

An op for reported crash (Round Valley) was started on B2-5 clear and moved to B2-8 clear and was silenced shortly thereafter. Round Valley has persistent questions online and numerous informed sources whispering.

This has the appearance of an effort to guard radio traffic information is underway.

I monitored and tracked NJSP aviation helicopters at the beginning of this situation, along with a military Blackhawk helicopter and a Coast guard helicopter chasing these drones. NJSP chopper pilot stated "we've made visual contact with these drones above Warren police headquarters and a church on mountain boulevard in watchung, when we got close the drone went dark" (lights were switched off)

They can still be tracked by radar. My wife's brother just got a new one for his boat that tracks weather 150 miles away or a flock of birds over bait like 25 miles away. I'm sure the government has better.
