Acquire using priority is enabled by default. Doesn't affect the behavior.

Earlier went to DeSoto County and ran dsdplus on the laptop and only 1 RID showed up for the OTA just disp only and no others came in. I did pick up sarasota county p25 and got a few ota some didn't fill in. I did pick up charlotte county p25 and didn't see no ota I didn't run it long enough to see if there was any. Polk County doesn't do ota. I didn't stop in Hardee County to see if they do ota the dsdplus at home on desktop does see hardee SO and FD seems nothing on them. I do know the system is putting up new radios on the system.
