Don't hear them on conventional anymore but I am hearing Walnut Creek.
Keep seeing TG 7169. Anyone hearing traffic on it?
I had it locked out for some reason. It's down the numbering so it may not be PD directly.
Consoles are 413300x (should be 1-8).
OK. Clayton should have switched then too since concord conventional are gone. Anyone confirm their radio IDs yet? They are "17" call sign.

TG 7169 is Concord PD. I recorded about 6 minutes of actual traffic and heard enough to assure me that it was a Concord PD TG. I checked addresses on a traffic stop and it was definitely in Concord
I've seen their console use it too so I'm really curious what it's used for. It's quite a ways away from the main dispatch TG.
Maybe its a dispatch training TG?

TG 7170 was active tonight. They were calling it channel 3.
Has anyone seen what radio ids these 7169 and 7170 have been?
Yes, the same Concord PD ranges.
7169 is still going strong tonight but my config is jacked so I haven't logged any audio yet. Maybe they have Concord divided up??

7169 is Concord PD Ch 2, 7170 is Concord PD Ch 3 from what i am hearing here in Concord.

On TG 7169 example radio IDs: 4143162 & 4143197
It makes sense as I look at the TG usage. 7155, 7169, 7170 in that order. Then the busy encrypted TG that's probably detectives or investigations.
Really screwed up way to organize things.

i too heard lots of traffic on 7612 for the WC parade festival. Mostly all "R units" - probably reserves being used for street traffic control. 7612 is definitely a WCPD TG. Hope someone updates the TG list on Radio Ref.

I monitored two new talkgroups on the ALCO NW cell back on Friday evening from Berkeley.
They were 3740 and 3741, which I suspected was ALCO Sheriff given the talkgroup pattern.
3740: "I have OPD on the line for you. 10-4 I'll take it there. Copy." "10-6 to service. Switching."
Following the switch to the 'service' talkgroup, there was traffic on 3741. I'm not sure if this was coincidental (I didn't notice any traffic on ACSO Service 1 or 2), but I was pretty sure 3741 was the service talkgroup they had switched to.

I just discovered that tonight, as I was switching to service to follow, and they never came up on the ACSO SERV 1, 2, or 3. But some on 3740 and 3741. Did they assign, or maybe patch the service channels?
These should be the Glen Dyer jail ops/service TGs. I'll update.
Also getting reports of 7055 in use. That should be Brentwood PD who is dispatched by Antioch PD.
It's my understanding Brentwood is the only one making the switch out of the two for whatever reason. So the Antioch VHF should remain active and be patched I guess.
