I see Site 1 Attica has a new neighbor: Site L157-5 CC=41

The 2 digit LCN means it is probably a FM Communications site but their LCNs apparently follow no regular formula. So no clue what the frequency is to help ID the site.

Site 3 still is reporting Site 1 and Site 2 as its neighbors.

Site 2 has been reporting this as a neighbor for a few years now, still no clue as to where it is, or on what frequency, like you said.

Site 1 always had it as a dash, I guess, until just recently, and you found the update to Site 1

My logic, which doesn't mean anything anyway, would say if Sites 1 and 2 are neighbors of it, but Site 3 isn't, it's gotta be further north, maybe Niagara Falls, Lockport, or somewhere in Orleans Co?

I suspect it is Lockport. The Tonawanda license WPMG484 has a Lockport site 424.800.
Also at the Lockport site is WQCG833 461.5375 & 464.650.
An additional site in Niagara Falls would be questionable with existing coverage from the Tonawanda site but Lockport would extend coverage to Orleans and northern Niagara County.
This site is out of range for me.

Thanks for the reply! Can you verify which frequency is the control channel and the other active site frequencies with their LCNs?

On WPYN828, Loc 7 gave it away for me. It's weak and buried between some other strong signals, but I got it.

424.9125 is identifying in DSD as L157-5 RAN 5. It's so weak that I can't get it to populate any neighbors. I'll keep an eye on it.

I suspect 424.8 is a VC. That's actually what I was watching, but I was getting a weak, intermittent VC NXDN decoding that I couldn't even get a RAN off of. Then I noticed a steady, but similar strength signal just a smidge up, also on an FM license. I can't confirm 424.8 is associated with L157-5, but I'd say it's possibly what we're looking for, and possibly a VC.

We are missing the LCN for 424.800 which is a confirmed voice channel and 461.5375 and 464.650 which could be additional voice channels.

We need somebody in the area to run LCN Finder or close enough to get good DSD+ decode on the site to fill in and submit the missing LCN info.

If the site is still active and 463.400 is the control channel the LCN should be on adjacent sites Neighbor Lists.
