The best way anyone can help you fix the problems you're having is to see how your scanner is programmed. The best way to do that is for you to send one of us (myself, or Jim or Erik) the win96 file you used to program your scanner. From there we can see what's in your scanner and go from there.

Other than that, I think we're all just chasing our tails.
