Did you completely uninstall sentinel and all files and registry settings associated with it? You mentioned it was saving to onedrive and mentioned that you also uninstalled onedrive.
Yes to all

The Sentinel database files are located at (depending on what version you are using)
C:\ProgramData\Uniden\BCDx36HP_Sentinel\Database
C:\ProgramData\Uniden\HomePatrol_Sentinel\Database
Did you remove the files in this directory when you uninstalled and removed old folders?

This is a separate location from the profiles, favorites list files and discovery log.

You may want to try again tomorrow after the weekly database update occurs.
yes, my intention was to try after the new Monday download, thanks... I will check those paths again, as i did delete those files .....(using BCDx36HP )

Don’t think wait till Monday will make any difference. It’s been stated that there is nothing wrong with the database or sentinel since nobody else has this issue.

You can also try the following:
From: Sentinel: - ALL Trunked Systems Are Missing!

Close out Sentinel.

Look in your Windows file system for C:\ProgramData\Uniden\BCDx36HP_Sentinel\Updater\...... In that folder, delete the .GZ file that starts with the name "MasterHpdb" Should be the only .GZ file in that "updater" folder.

Re-start Sentinel and then from the top tool bar, Update --> Update Master Database. Sentinel will download a new copy of the current database
If deleting that file doesn't do it, try this next-

From Sentinel's top tool bar... Tools --> Options --> Reconstruct Full Database... click on the "Start" button.
