Around a year ago I got in to the SDR hobby using SDRTrunk to scan/monitor the Fulton County, GA Project 25 Phase II system. I only monitor talkgroups 61001 and 61002. I lived in a town home in Fairburn, GA and moved into a house in Tyrone, GA at the end of 2020. I was getting great reception and feeds in the town home with a TerraWave Omni Antenna mounted on the deck. I bought/moved into a house about 5 miles south so I was excited to properly mount the antenna outdoors on the house. Well all that has caused issues. There's some type if interference at all bands that I havent been able to figure out and the audio cuts out or is scrambled at times. There are cell towers around of course but according to cellmapper only one a couple miles away use the 869-893 band. I have tried changing the SDRs gain, adding a pre-amp, changing the height of the antenna, turning different things on/off, installed a 851-866mhz bandpass filter, and even got a different cpu. It's only a 35ft RG58 antenna cable run and I am waiting on RG8U to arrive and replace. There is also a Browning BR-6280 antenna on the way. Additionally, I have a SDS100 w/ Remtronix antenna that works fine all around the house. Sorry for story time but...
Do I need to muscle up more and get AirSpys or even more with 2 SDS200s or just keep tinkering?

My Setup:
HP Elitedesk 800 w/ i7-4785T, 16GB Ram, 500GB SSD, Win 10 Pro, SDRTrunk 0.5.0 Alpha 6, and JMBE version 1.0..
2- NooElec NESDR Smart v4 SDRs
MCL ZN3PD-900W 1 in/3 out SMA Splitter
RFS 851-866mhz Bandpass Filter
TerraWave 3/3.5 dBi Omni Antenna

How is the signal strength now, compared with at your previous location?
Have you tried other sdr software? If it's a multipath problem, op25 works pretty well under tough conditions.

Signal strength is good I think. I have increased it but not much because I try to keep the noise floor down. I will try op25 and DSD+ over the next few days.
