I heard a call like that recently too. An old guy was driving a mobility scooter around the store drunk, the dispatcher later radioed back advising the manager now said the guy just pissed all over himself.

Thanksgiving brought some decent domestics. Christmas is usually good as well. Lots of disturbances neighbors calling him arguments.
Lots of family members getting together with less than good relations and intoxication

Caller reports the female is destroying items and damaging his vehicle. Female states incident began with caller throwing her casserole out the door

This was from a local security company patrolling an apartment complex. " dispatch, I have two lesbians going at it in a car. What should I do?". Another officer keyed up and said "join in".

These van services for elderly and/or disabled people can be interesting and funny. You can hear the frustrations of some drivers when they go to pick someone up and they aren't ready on time. So they call in and the dispatcher tells them to give them 5 minutes than they can go. Meanwhile, there are other people in the van getting mad because they are sitting there waiting. Then the dispatcher and driver talk about them...Yeah she does this everyday and then calls in the complain that the driver didn't wait etc.

Talking about van drivers, listening last week and the driver called the office. Told dispatch the van just drove off, she asked if anyone was on board. He replied no, then asked her if he should call the police. She replied yes, I guess so.

I wonder was he calling in from his van after seeing another company van driving off? Or was it just a legitimate van driver just driving it to his next call and someone just drew conclusions?

Cop had dispatch mark him out on a person down at Walmart and asked for medics.
God intervened and the guy made a miracle recovery.

He was so full of joy he took off running and it took 2 cops in foot pursuit to detain him.

Heard a couple of days ago...

Local PD and EMS was dispatched to an apartment building where the caller claimed that the people in the apartment above hers were trying to kill her using microwaves (from their microwave oven, I assume?). One of the police officers responded that they have been dispatched to that location many times, and that the complainant was 10-96 (mental subject), but would respond to that location anyway.

Never did hear anything else concerning their visit, but still curious how they handled it.

WILD BOAR IN CALLER'S FRONT YARD
State Street - Sharptown, MD
-Wicomico County Sheriff's Office has been requested to assist with a wild boar in the caller's front yard.
-Before anyone asks, the deputy did clarify and recheck that the caller said "Wild Boar" and was confirmed by communications.
-Wicomico County Animal Control is also responding to see if they can also assist.
Update 8:25 AM - It was NOT a wild boar, it was a neighbor's pig. The pig is back home, the deputy is clearing the call, and all is well in the land of Sharptown.

I left my intinerant search running non-stop the past couple days anticipating busy friday traffic hoping to find new businesses. Netted 3, indentified 1 of those, and also caught this one odd exchange off the freeway with truckers using MDC1200 while talking back and forth. Vocaroo | Online voice recorder

I was running my usual weekend errands and was in a retail area that included many stores and fast food restaurants. I had the scanner in the car and one of the intinerant/color dot frequencies came up. A couple of guys talking about their favorite rap stars. I thought they were security people at first talking about a troublesome customer but then they started dropping names( along with profanity) I have heard about. You would think their supervisor would step in and tell them not to talk that way over the radio. One of the guys probably was a supervisor.
