Harris 1030B Command Line Syntax

I am trying to write a script to extract current Eb/No and RSL from a Harris 1030B satellite modem. I can communicate with the serial port (#2) of the management board, but I cannot find any documentation that describes the command syntax. Any information, including the command line syntax of earlier Harris radios, would be helpful.
