DOes anyone have a win96 file for PACMERS in Hawaii that works. I have tried to program using Win96 but so far have been unsuccessful and dont know what I am doing wrong. OR ccan somebody write a somewhat detailed instruction on how to load the system frequencies and other data. Thanks
