help identifying talkgroups

hello while recently driving threw phila using the gre-500. i used these frequencies 868.8125-868.8375-868.5500-868.5625-868.5375 i picked up quite a bit. after getting home later went on to radio reference to identify these talkgroups out of 16 i was only able to find 5, can someone help me out with the rest, also what are they and where can i find these just so i know here they are 96 1920 1968 2448 2464 3680 3904 34400 35200 36000, if anyone can help with with these thanks in advance for youre help. also 33600 thanks again
