Help needed with RR web service

I don't know what I am doing wrong. I want to program my 246t with the ARC 246 software. I had printed out the RR web services specification and it says I need to go to the web site http://www.radioreference.com/apps/xml1.1/?func=xxx to put in a request for getting into the database for frequencys. I am a donating member and I put in my user name and password from RR, but it just comes back saying there is a problem with the password. I tried to email RR and post a thread on the Administrative site with no help. What am I doing wrong? Thanks

In ARC246 use the 'INTERNET' menu to download systems. Just enter your name and password and ARC246 will connect to the database.
