Help Programming Scanner Raleigh/Wake

I have a Whistler Digital Trunking Scanner WS1040 and need assistance programming it. I am happy to pay. Perhaps if someone else has this system we can clone? I'm learning but ANY help is appreciated.

I'm running the PRO-651, and have my file for Raleigh/Wake/Viper/Durham/Butner federal prison and a few other agencies. It's done in WIN500 and I have a cable if you need that. Be happy to email it to you or meet if we need too. Let me know on here or direct message. And, since I have it already I won't charge you for it.

I have messed with this thing, read websites and forums and booklets and finally it clicked. I got everything to upload for Wake County. Don't know if I could do it again but it's all pretty cool. Thanks for your kind offer😀
