Ok so then I need to figure out which of the specific frequencies I need to tag for my SQKs? None seem to be called out as control frequencies over another.

{edit} Import all the frequencies in the sites interested in. Especially the EDACS systems as all the frequencies are needed.
You have to go back to the RRDB web page then click on the site name then see the location data and the map at the bottom of the page to get an ideal of the sites near you. Sometimes the site name may be helpful such as HIllsborough Co system has a East and West. Pinellas County has a Site-002, Site-004, etc... which doesn't help determining location.
