Being that they have 2 additional licenses that are newer than the expired one, and being that you said they upgraded the radios, have you tried any of the freqs on the newer licenses?

I’m not to far from that location but I’m just curious I’ve looked that frequency up in the fcc and it doesn’t show a tower here in Lubbock

The expired license wypd242 lists a tower in that county.

These 2 licenses that reflect digital also list towers in Lubbock






Now the only valid license for 462.1 is WQWL534 and it to has a tower in Lubbock. Just doesn't reflect digital nor does the expired WYPD242.
