Just picked up a HomePatrol-II as my first venture into digital scanning. It seems pretty easy to use and when connected to my attic-based discone, coverage is more than I expected. However, I'm trying to build a Favorites List of local items I'd like to monitor. A and B below is what I want to start with. The favorite downloads fine to the unit, but when it scans, it doesn't appear to scan the items in the Ohio MARCS-IP Multi-Agency Radio Communications. I can see "Delaware" getting scanned and the same with the COIRS. Any suggestions or is there something I don't understand? Thanks!

See if this helps:
edit - edit profile - highlight Ohio Marcs... click service types on top - check desired services - x out of the window - write to scanner.

For your MARCS system, for Franklin County, you do not have any of the Sites on MARCS included, only the talkgroups, so the scanner ignores them.

Add the Franklin County sites if you want to hear anything on MARCS in that county.
