So there would be nothing interesting to monitor in case if a raid?

Always do your own research!!! What I can tell you is program the CBP VHF P25 channels that are in the database into your radio and just be patient. Trust ME!!! Channels are active in the clear

Recent raid just a couple miles from me and I heard zero radio traffic on VIPER or on any of the DSHS/CBP/ICE frequencies in my scanner, not even encrypted, with the exception of air to air between CBP helo TROY and state SHP helo NORSTATE. Later both the mayor and chief of police confirmed they were not advised they would be doing enforcement activities on two raids, one in Raleigh the other in Durham.

@Melech17 this is 100000% true, if you don't have money to set up a digital scanner to record mode, an SDR works! Set it up to record everything and you will find things

They were active last week setting up a patch to New York and Chicago on CBP Investigations B Frequency in the database.
