I just got to the web site no warnings no popups and can download the file fine. Windows 10 latest updates and using Chrome that is up to date
I used to use my Palm with my PCR1000 that was a lot of years ago though

It can depend of what protections you have in Windows? I use IOBit Advance System Care and Ghostery and are probably protected from those malicious redirections.
