During a structure fire today in Boswell, I heard the Talkgroup 996 was being used for Richland.
Talkgroups over 2000 are Intercounty talkgroups. They don't use gateways for patching to conventional systems, they're just designated for interoperability among the ICORRS counties only.996 is either Indiana or Fayette County (I'm thinking Fayette). It's way too high for Westmoreland which stops below 500. Then you have Armstrong, and Indiana, then Fayette starts right around 1000. That's why I'm thinking it's one of theirs. It's odd it would not be on an ICORRS INTEROP TG.
Usually the gateway TGs are over 2000.
Nothing is online yet for Lawrence, at least not the last time I checked, which was about two weeks ago.
