460.9500 is your second channel for the current tower. 4 total slots for communication like you mentioned but won't probably be used until active and we see site linking. I have a sheet with all the official site names but it only applies to the second license for E-town.
Can you PM me that sheet

Not sure what to make of that, Maybe it was linking to a second tower but in that case, it would show NL. I would continue to monitor the site info and maybe do a spectrum sweep again.

Update: This morning Lexington Tower is sending out soundings similar to what I've heard before on the Louisville Tower.
TGID: ALLMSID
RID: 1031
Slot: 1
CH ID: 16
(Video of this happening before)

Map of all KU/LG&E Sites. Some counties have multiple sites. Harlan & Trimble have around 5 sites each. All FCC Licenses are linked to the site. Each site is broken into Region/Zone, all offline are in red, all online and determined are in Green.

It also worth mentioning that some of these sites have been licensed and noted for SCADA use. SCADA: Supervisory control and data acquisition is a control system architecture comprising computers, networked data communications and graphical user interfaces for high-level process supervisory management.

More Info: One of these licenses mentions that a frequency pair will be used to coordinate day to day activities at the Trimble County Power Station. This would mean that any large plants or facilities owned or controlled by KU/LG&E will have talk groups on the system. Like I mentioned above, Trimble has around 5 sites with multiple frequency pairs.

I wouldn't be surprised if LG&E Fire/EMS started using this system once online.

Not seeing or hearing any new DMR Tier 3 sites online. Also, the build-out report states that these repeaters are Conventional and Trunked and that the conventional repeaters are capable of Private calls just like the trunked sites.

Got confirmed KU this morning P25 on 452.1500 NAC 623, employee reading off a pole number in Danville KY.
Good to know they are still using P25 on the Burgin sites in Mercer. I haven't had DMR voice activity in Lexington yet. The issue I had last time was that Milner (Woodford County) shares the same frequencies that are used at Burgin (Mercer County). I would ask that if possible monitor the DMR frequencies listed as Milner and see if they are in fact Burgin instead.
