The fix is easy and usually always works.
I usually get the license keys and first confirm the server caught the ESN activations, then the next steps always work.
Next to mention is we always make sure the user Opens LMC as Admin, right click on the LMC and select MORE and RUN AS ADMIN. This resolves many problems but mainly the “Fail to Write” error.
If the key was deducted (decreased qty) then it is likely the server captured the ESN activation, a few very rare cases it did not catch the ESN and those require recharge.
Typically when the key is decreased but the handshake from the local LMC to the radio did not put the feature in the radio then REAUTHENTICATION will put it back.
Steps (in short it is the exact same process as the first authentication, just a re-do):
If the above steps do not work then all you need to do is Full Uninstall (Add/Remove Programs) of LMC and then do a new Install. The reinstall will automatically repopulate all software and account info so it is seamless and quick to do. The repeat the steps, might be suggested to also reboot the PC.
In a few very rare cases that the reinstall did not recover it then the final fix is to get another PC and consider trying it on another network (public/home/hotspot) and install LMC then add the same account key so the same invoices show and use an alternate PC/Network to repeat the reauthentication process and that ALWAYS works.
You can pass this info on, and of course any user still having issue should reach out to TS:

Steps (in short it is the exact same process as the first authentication, just a re-do):
- Open LMC from the same account that originally was used
- Connect the same radio that is missing the feature
- Click on the same INVOICE and KWD key that was used previously
- Click Radio Authentication
- Pop-up error is expected, ignore it and click OK to complete the RESTORATION of the missing feature
