Does anyone know if Little Rock will be upgrading to a digital system and if so when.

Monitoring since 1982, using radios since 1991.
LR has seriously been discussing that option, but no official word on an official date or the like. Best bet would be after the reband is complete. We know that "touching" of the system has been occuring, and that the new YE lic is official. Usually within a month of the YE type setting, final "touches" occur and the reband goes live. If anyone has any "real" inside data on just what LR/PC's digital plans are please give us a glimpse. As for going mixed or full P-25... Last word was full P-25, to be compatable with, or even link into the AWIN.
Someone told me that they are friends with someone at LR and that he asked and was told they have the radios and they are sitting in a warehouse or something cause they dont have the money to switch the system over yet.
Not sure if this is reliable or not but the guy knew what he was doing about programming my scanner and how they work.
