There’s one problem to this, Tavistock doesn’t have its own hospital. Are you thinking Stratford Hospital? Most patients from the Tavistock area go to Stratford hospital. Tavistock is technically in Oxford County, but Perth EMS are closer than any Oxford EMS.A small update. The Call Alert only goes out on the one tower. This should be the closest tower to the site but you never know. Knowing this is may be a bit easier to narrow down the Hospital.
Late in the day I saw this Call Alert to 752178 and patch between TG 23101 and 20788(ER3 London). I believe this to be the Tavistock Hospital
East EMS is Perth. Oxford I see all the time on the Oxford tower. Thanks Gymbag, I did not know that Tavistock is hospital-less.
The 23101 could also be the St Marys Hospital. I think that Woodstock hospital would be using the Woodstock tower. The same for Ingersoll's Hospital.
Perth has three hospital; Stratford, St. Marys and Listowel. Oxford also has three hospitals; Woodstock, Alexandra (Ingersoll) and Tillsonburg. Thanks Gymbag, I did not know that Tavistock is hospital-less.

Currently (well, on FleetNet), there is a talkgroup for each CACC - IE, WIN CACC, WAL CACC, LON CACC etc... This is meant to be used by out-of-town ambulances to use while outside of their home CACC area. There is also a Zone 1 wide talkgroup, as well as Regional groups (1 for each region).Cambridge CACC has switched over to the new system. Waterloo Region started switching over ambulances on Wednesday, and Guelph/Wellington & Dufferin on Thursday.
There was also an interesting thing I heard from a Guelph/Wellington ambulance heading to Listowel hospital on 2024-05-23 (the day of the switchover):
7:43:20 am: Cambridge, 2192 departing scene Code 3 CTAS 3 to Listowel
7:43:30 am: 10-4
7:53:57 am: 2192, call Cambridge
7:54:04 am: Cambridge are you calling 2192?
7:54:07 am: That's 10-4, you can switch over to London
7:54:16 am: Copy. Is that London Zone? Or MOH Zone 1?
7:56:01 am: 2192, you're going to be switching over to the London talkgroup
7:56:10 am: Copy that
Are they getting rid of the Zone 1 and Region 1/2/3 talkgroups and replacing it with a talkgroup for each CACC instead? I would image it would be a lot simpler for both paramedics and dispatchers. Dispatchers now only have one regional talkgroup to monitor and all chatter on it would be relevant to them.
