Are the page outs encrypted though? Strange how 149.440 has gone completely silent.
Have my -436 monitoring the new system, but just hearing the occasional MTO chatter at the moment, which appears to be in the clear.
Of course complete silence on MOH and OPP. Seeing a lot of SILENT talkgroups, however.

A page full of "Windsor City" talkgroup on the Toronto tower.

Are these Radio ID's the same as down Windsor way? Or is this a Southwest Zone Common talkgroup used by all towers?

View attachment 161433
Yep those RID's are same as off the Essex site.
773xxx are CACC radios
I've got a handful of Windsor and Wallaceburg CACC RID's all in the 773xxx range

I wonder if the radio techs made it so they can monitor the activity from that site or something?

I was just going to post that the Windsor activity on the Toronto site is probably a monitoring unit in Toronto. As usual Muxlow is on the ball :). it would not surprise me that someone is monitoring the system activity for quality purposes. It may also even be EMS themselves doing it. Whoever is doing it, iIf they are planning on monitoring all the CACC regions the Toronto site is going to be maxed out for frequencies real fast.

Looks like they redrew the map a bit. Unless it is temp. Looks like Patrol 61 Newtonville is now dispatching via 2070 Kennedy and the 407 East/412 is on 2073. I am assuming 2074 Durham is Patrol 65, but not sure. Comms have been very minimal so far.

I happened to catch a transmission in the clear off Mowat. It said "Patch on ER18", it was an Ambulance for sure. I wish I could record while driving. I assume, per up thread, that this is the new nomenclature for hospital patches?
Correct yes. Former TAC channels are now called ER.

75xxxx that's in the EMS range of RID's. Maybe that radios not allowed on that specific site or something strange

Rumour is for the Pelee Island and Leamington sites is that it's for OPP (and the other enforcement agencies) "only"
Can't see that as true with a hospital and EMS base IN Leamington and EMS on Pelee Island 24/7 and OPP only out there on weekends in the summer time.

Possibility that the RID has been disabled for some reason. All RID's should be enabled but there is no telling what is happening in the background. I would think an unauthorized login attempt would result in an inhibit. Nice catch.

Looks like it's allowed to register on the system... it just can't affiliate to whatever talkgroup it's trying to get onto.

Seeing activity from TG20691. Appears to be radio tests and emergency button testing.
Wondering if this will be the Brantford city talk group for EMS. Radio ID's in the 750xxx range
All comms were encrypted with key ID 0E01

Seeing it quite a bit here in Toronto, too.

I'm still very much convinced the 14xxx are MOF, since I have logged zero activity from them in several weeks and it lines up with their hours / number of users. 14000 and 14002 have been the very active ones for me.

14002 (680 hits) and 14021 (1096 hits) are the most active in Hamilton but seen 14000 (3 hits) , 14001 (0 hits) & 14003 (0 hits) all showing up as well.

Also I have noticed that RID's that use either 14000 or 14002 both have also used 14021 but not each other. So maybe 14021 an investigative channel and the others are area channels?

For comparison, I previously had logged on FleetNet had logged hits only on channels 1 and 5 from Whitby, only 1 hit on 2/4 and zero on the others.

On PSRN I've logged 4 channels - 00, 01, 02, 21, with 00 having the most hits, a couple on 02, and relatively little on the others.

Since the old system didn't have exact known channel uses, might be very tricky to ever narrow it down to how this is used.
