As I posted last nite there was an inversion on, I didn't take notes and I had to charge my phone, no pics.

This might be of interest:

LMRN site 113 N.Falls has what looks like a new CC. 142.545.

Saw it last night and again today.

People in Peel might be seeing a new CC for LMRN. Can't verify it for sure, I didn't take notes or pictures.

Same possibly for Cedarwoods. I'll hope for good conditions tonight. Worst case, the heat wave will probably fuel up good inversions if
there isn't a lot of lightning in the area.

This looks like Mississauga Brittania 109 LMRN new CC .
Saw it last night and it's strong enough for me to see and hear it today.

I believe 143.07 is already in the DB. I like the handwritten notes Eric

This may help ID the Toronto CACC talk group - it sounds like dispatch is talking to both systems simultaneously. I hear Toronto talking to Mississauga units but do not hear their replies on FleetNet. If someone can match the two up, it may lead you to answers.

I heard that the other night also. Not sure if it's a patch or the dispatcher is keying up on both TG's at the same time?

If you're able to log the LMRN and FleetNet simultaneously, it may yield the answers! If it is a patch, it seems to only go one way.

I was seeing those TG's the day Mississauga CACC switched over. The highest I saw was 24060. I'm guessing 24061 (and onwards) would be Georgian? It's truly hard to say.

Oshawa CACC has swapped. They are active on talkgroups 20910, 20911, 20912

I think they have changed things from their previous configuration as they were mostly only active on 2 talkgroups before.

20913 and 20914 appear to be the "ER" 1/2 - I see patches being added / dropped on them.

20912 is showing up on Edgar so I'd guess it's a north channel.
20911 is frequently on Pontypool (which would serve Clarington in Southeast Durham)
RIDs 752712, 752264, 752269, 752270, 752344, 752275, 752272, 752253 - console may be 773633

20912 is primarily on Sunderland (which would serve Scugog, Uxbridge, Brock in North Durham)
RIDs 752272, 752264, 752404 - console may be 773637

Now that the changeover is done and settled, I believe this is correct as well. Looks like we've lined them up properly in the database. Just guessing here and by my logs, looks like trucks were joining the system on the CACC channel, then moving to their respective north/south. Not the possible 3 channels I had surmised before.

11 definitely is South and 12 is definitely North - purely based on traffic levels because South is far, far busier than North. For comparison, on my FleetNet logs in the past few months, south dispatch had almost 400k hits while north only had 230k. Pretty easy to tell them apart.

Durham Paramedics run 95,400 response calls, and about 47,000 Code 8 repositioning/standby calls in a year.
The larger volume hospitals are Lakeridge Oshawa, Bowmanville and Ajax south of the ridge.
Smaller volume hospital is Lakeridge Port Perry in the North.
They also run calls in western Kawartha Lakes and they are at Ross Memorial Hospital in Lindsay frequently.

South Paramedic Bases
  • Ajax
  • Bowmanville
  • Courtice
  • North Oshawa
  • Pickering
  • South Oshawa
  • Whitby
North Paramedic Bases
  • Beaverton
  • Port Perry
  • Sunderland
  • Uxbridge

Thanks W3RWN. we now know that the calls are dispatched to the EMS station/base on the 24xxx TGs. I am now wishing I had mapped out all the EMS stations prior to the change over. A map of listing of EMS stations would be very helpful as this can be used to help identify what 24xxx TG matches with which EMS station.

I programmed up a 536 on the local 24xxx Tgs and verified the TG used by the EMS. When time permits I plan to monitor the 24xxx group and local FDs to hopefully catch EMS station calls that match with local FD callouts.

Just out of curiosity, will any of this be monitorable on a BCD 325P2. Like hear the audio?

Do you mean a map of just EMS station locations? I made a map a while ago in 2021, but it only goes up to Durham/Simcoe (which is all of Zone 1 of Fleetnet):
