I am assuming, at the moment that these maybe MOH Regional Type TG's:

P25, BEE00.AD9, 20603, 50, Normal, 2, 2024/07/16 23:22, "MOH Unknown Use (TDMA)"
P25, BEE00.AD9, 20606, 50, Normal, 0, 2024/07/10 13:07, "MOH Unknown Use"

20603 had an Oshawa Unit (752333 [MOH Oshawa Unit]) with an unknown (unknown to me) dispatch (773659). The RID are above Oshawa's Dispatch grouping.

; MOH Unknown Use (TDMA)

P25, BEE00.AD9, 20603, 773659, 50, Normal, 1, 2024/07/16 23:22, "MOH Dispatch"

Yesterday I got a hit on 5354 with radio 402457 off the Windsor tower. Today I saw TG 128 with radio 608256 on the Chatham tower.

I'm here a lot
Thanks for the heads up, Matt. I'm running it now and see a site NAC of AD7, just like Hamilton and Whitby. All frequencies and peers exactly the same as site 40. Site 40 is showing as ISOLATED
Unitrunker properties show 1- 147 as Active Master NO

Because it is using the same frequencies as the other site, it is likely a temporary replacement for maintenance or something.

Getting traffic on the Brant tower on TG 19251. Appears to be an OPP talk group, but only a couple of RID's in conversation.
I will keep monitoring and hopefully can figure out a user

Since it's sort of further out from the range of other talkgroups we've ID'd so far, perhaps tactical?

Last night, we had some very good band enhancement conditions, and I was able to run Pro96Com on the Essex Tower. Found some UNID talkgroups: 24421; 24422; 24425. I suspect these are MOH talkgroups.

This is my best guess based on the talkgroup id and what Windsor Essex EMS has on their site for station lists
This worked out for Lambton County as I was able to confirm Sarnia, Corunna, Brights Grove and Forest and their station list lined up perfect with the talkgroup numbering. Same for a couple stations I could confirm in Chatham-Kent.
So, I don't see why Essex would be any different.

24416 Mercer-Windsor
24417 Dougall-Windsor
24418 Jefferson-Windsor
24419 Malden-LaSalle
24420 Leamington
24421 Woodslee
24422 Essex
24423 Amhurstburg
24424 Lakeshore
24425 Tecumseh
24426 Kingsville
24427 Harrow
24428 Pelee Island

Band is up rather nice and I'm pulling in about 7 sites I've never decoded. Had a couple hits on DSD of strong control channels but it wasn't decoding. Turned up the volume on DSD and these sites seem to still be blasting the FleetNet control channel...for now
Site 4 Listowel
Site 8 Durham
Site 34 Kimberley

Looking at RRDB, I see Wasaga Beach listed as a 2 channel 700 MHz trunk site now.
I assume that went on a Bell tower so they would have fiber/microwave. 3050 Mosely perhaps?
Will Parks still use VHF?

I suspect the Wasaga 700MHz sites will replace the BEAT repeater and the MOH VR that were installed at the Huronia West detachment. Wasaga was one of the few places that I know of that had an MOH VR installed permanently.

The 100 ft monopole at Huronia West has good line of sight. Perfect for off-road vehicles on the sand or on boats out in the bay that don't have VR's.

Looks pretty spotty along the beach front to me hence the second site at the other end of the beach.

There might even be a 3rd site but I haven't had time to confirm it.

I could see them doing 3 sites. Perhaps Collingwood Grain Terminal 60 metres, Wasaga Fire Station #2 60 metres, and some Bell tower in Flos or Tiny that covers the extended beaches around the Bay. Could be simulcast or multicast - 700 MHz isnt in high demand there.

The tenants at the Collingwood Grain Terminal have been given notice to vacate the property so that's out of the question.

Keep in mind that this is only meant to cover Wasaga Beach not any other municipalities since they don't have the crowds that Wasaga does.
