This was on the Hamilton site but I am not sure what TG 20708 is used for other then being a MOH TG but just saw the 'Emergency" tag show up for a good 15-30 seconds of transmissions on one of the RID's on this TG.

Just saw it again and these two RID's 753342 & 752439 both had the Emergency tag.

Interesting. I captured 20709 yesterday afternoon, likely on Fonthill. I've been monitoring Fonthill site a lot now since I can now receive it from Toronto.

Just captured 23125 with RID 752225 off of Mississauga/Britannia DSDPlus with FastLane shows "AH-MIS-BCH". Safe to say this is the hospital for Brampton Civic Hospital with the corresponding ER Radio.

I also have 23121 to 23128 logged. I imagine this range is for the Mississauga CACC hospital patches for Trillium Health, William Osler, and Halton Healthcare. I am actually surprised with the amount of patches between a busy ER like Credit Valley, I haven't found more aliases.

I found this out yesterday. All LMRN zones also have 4 new talkgroups called "Sector 1, 2, 3, 4". They are encrypted though.

Did you get the TG values? if you have DSD maybe the RID and KIDs used on the TGs if they are active. The more we log the more we know.

A radio joined a bunch of TG's on the Ottawa site today for what I assume is training, they joined these different talkgroups. 20941, 20942, 20943, 20961, 20960 , 20604, 20606.

no transmissions on any of them, just joins. the RID that joined was 755614

From what ive seen, the dispatch consoles for MOH start with 773xxx and OPP 730xxx

Assuming the entire system follows the same pattern, those are likely ambulance bases. It would make sense to have all the infrastructure setup before the system goes live.

Perhaps you are really close to the Demorestville tower and picking up a harmonic/multiple of the VHF transmitter.
The HomePatrol scanner has a wide front-end, (like all scanners). With a strong VHF signal, the multiplication effect can happen in the scanner itself as well.

856.4812 / 6= 142.746
142.740 is a VHF frequency normally associated with that tower.
