Logan Airport

Hello,
I cant seem to get the two-way conversations between the ATC and departing/arriving planes at Logan. I can get what appears to be the tower giving planes instructions, but I dont the pilot's responses. I have a Radio Shack Pro-97...not sure what I did wrong.
Any advise would be appreciated.

If you are trying to listen using the handhelds rubber duckie antenna you will hear almost nothing unless you're real close to the transmitter or plane itself, or have a prime location at altitude clear of obstructions. You need an outdoor antenna for most cases to get decent ATC-plane comms.
