LOOKING - Fredericton Police / Fire

I am looking for the Frequencies for Fredericton, Police and Fire and dispatch.....

Can you send them in this format:

###.###

That way I just can go ahead and put them right in to the scanner.

Try Scanmaritimes.ca if you haven't. I'm in NS so I know they're on there and I think the NB stuff is too.

I just found lots of NB talkgroups and frequencies in the NB section after about 30 seconds. Fire at least should be there, and if POL means police they're there too.

Fredericton seems to be on this system.

Unfortunately, you'll have to learn how to enter in a trunking system on your scanner in order to listen.

I would suggest you enter in the 3 sites which seem to be in the area and do an ID search. Lockout what you don't want to listen to.

Also dig out your manual and read the section of it devoted to entering in a trunking system.

Ill vouch for what "mike" said, if they're on the TMR we are, it used frequencies but not in a way that you think. You need to program the radio to use them. Invest a bit of time and it's simple enough. I felt comfortable after a few days, it all makes sense now.
