Makeshift Hospitals

I was listening to a press conference with the Army Corp of Engineers and they're building out 10k + beds in numerous facilities in NY.

I'm not far from SUNY Stony Brook where they'll be converting I believe the dorms and gymnasium into beds. I already listen to police, medical and hospitals.
I did plug in the National Guard frequencies from the other thread but I'd like to get ideas of what else might be considered worth while to monitor. I'm not sure how much of the traffic would be over radio but I expect things to get very busy over the next few weeks.

Vtac and Utac frequencies

Been monitoring these today, nothing so far. I'm assuming once the field hospitals are setup these will be used more

All depends on the volume [Op Tempo] of Operation, with the infrastructure [cellular etc] still well operational, look for the
use of common telecom devices before Radio is used.

In the list at this page National Interoperability Scanner Frequencies and Radio Frequency Reference they list the five 800 MHz National Mutual Aid analog channels as FM mode.
Is FM mode correct for these or should they be NFM now?

I can receive some agencies corrections department here in my area on 8TAC92 but it is using NFM.

correct - and right from the NIFOG itself it says
Wideband FM 20K0F3E before and after rebanding.
