Maryland Counties on Rdio-Scanner

Hello, Does anyone have a link or resource for Northern Maryland, or just Maryland in general? I already have Southern Maryland set up through ScanMD.org, but I can’t find a similar resource for the northern area. I don't have the expertise or the time to set up a trunk recorder and run my computer continuously just to monitor it on my phone. I’ve created a .CSV file of all the talk groups in Baltimore County P25, but I'm not sure how to organize everything. Additionally, many of the TAC channels have unclear uses on RadioReference. And I also want to organize the talk groups neatly but I don't know how to do that very well in Rdio so if anyone could drop a tutorial on how to do that stuff. If anyone can offer guidance, I would greatly appreciate it!

Not aware of that resource, but a majority of northwestern and central Maryland law enforcement have gone encrypted so you cannot monitor them. This includes all of MSP, both original transmissions and simulcast by counties. It looks as though you need to program county by county. You can get most of what you want from the RR database for each county

MSP not encrypted on primary Maryland FiRST talk groups - TAC channels are encrypted.

Guys it's in the title, he didn't mis-spell. Rdio-Scanner is an ingest and output manager application for sdr-generated radio audio clips.
