Agree with what @maus92 said. In the past, it seemed MSP Barracks moved over about a month after the region became "live." SHA shops seemed to be much slower to switch over and usually did a Shop at a time. Marlboro and Laurel have been active at times on FiRST already. MDTA might come on sooner as I have heard ICC units (police + maintenance) testing previously on FiRST. Most if not all of NRP Area 4 units already have FiRST radios. I often hear Area 4 units on Area 3 and other talkgroups. I would think Area 3+4 will be patched together as the other NRP areas are patched together. I would think the State Parks would be active before Summer if they have capable radios.

I'm hearing SYSCOM to MSP on the PG County FIRST site, not much else though. I guess they're not entirely online yet.

Early around 0415am the TG 8367 Mobility Link and TG 8365 Mobility Link 600 channel started to show up on site 005-001 Montgomery. Same time on the site 001-005 Howard also. Mobility Link is the only Talk Group that is showing up on 005-001

Hearing MD Transporation Authority Police TG7104 on the PG system.
The design of the system allows FIRST subscribers to "roam" onto a local system when they lose coverage from their home system via ISSI. The PG system has an ISSI relationship with the Anne Arundel and Baltimore FIRST sites; there may be others.

Looks like the First Admin have stopped load testing the St. Mary's Simulcast Site 5.6 this morning around 10am. The MTA Channels are no longer being broadcast over this site. anydesk00000.png

Really no need for the Dorchester traffic since it is across the bay unless the backhaul carries the traffic and that site is covering a poor radio coverage area over in Dorchester where it is needed

The design of the system - and in presentations by FIRST managers to St. Mary's officials - allows for coverage to be provided by cross-bay sites. For example, units in western Dorchester could affiliate with sites in Calvert or St. Mary's County if they lose connectivity with Dorchester sites; and St. Mary's units could affiliate with Dorchester sites, etc. if they lose connectivity with St. Mary's sites. If you look at the St. Mary's simulcasts site, its neighbor sites are: Dorchester, Smithville, Wicomico, Worchester / Somerset, Crisfield, Charles, Nice Bridge, Calvert. I was surprised to see the Dorchester traffic was being denied, but this may change today.

Not sure why the ICC talk group was being used, but it was up on the St. Mary's site. I did not see the Nice Bridge detachment - perhaps they are waiting for the test results, or maybe the ICC talk group is mislabeled?

Also, cross-bay traffic is being accepted - I saw Dorchester Fire talk group Grants on both the Calvert and the St. Mary's sites. NRP Areas 1, 3 and 4 seen on the SoMD sites as well.
