Mesa maniac kills woman on 202

It is sad to here that the idiot that caused the crash on the 202 last night lives but the person he hit died at the hospital. This was a chase through east Mesa last night about 11:30 pm. The pd helo picked the car up off of 60 driveing with his lights off, from here it went crazy all through East Mesa driving with lights on and off and at times almost hit several Mesa and DPS cars. It seemed like this guy was trying to commit suicide by the way he was driving. He was blowing through red lights like it was nothing, he would drive the wrong way down back streets , drive across peoples yards . The guy ended up on the 202 going west bound on the east bound side on the shoulder of the road and ended up hitting another car head on. The pictures of the impact are something else. I am surprised anyone lived through this accident. When the guy entered the 202 pd was about 1/2 mile behind him, Mesa helo was running low on fuel at the time , a request for a helo from Phoenix or DPS was turned down because they were not available.Mesa helo stayed with this guy till the end when the guy crashed.
