I think that is the main F-35B training base in the US. Assume where they took that F-35B.
Foreign operators now get most F-35A training in Fort Smith Arkansas Ebbing ANGB.

1020- Tabor 71 cell w/ZDC Cape Charles (236.825). Tanker is probably KC-135 # 60-0343 that departed from WRI earlier. Tabors and tanker on 254.6 & 255.75 (Coronet 71I). 1025 Tabor 71 advises ZDC Cape Charles that they are MARSA w/Gold 21 tanker. Looks like they've settled on 254.6 as boom freq.

1030- Some DC ANG F-16s off ADW (270.275) then w/Potomac (317.425) A2A is 319.175.

According to ADS-B he's at FL 310 doing 745kts. Doesn't look like Southwest flt. Been in same general area for a long time doing long orbits between Harrisburg & Indianapolis.
