SDRTrunk SDRTrunk Won't Launch

I've had SDRTrunk on this machine before, but lost everything during a backup, so I'm trying to reinstall. When I run sdr-trunk.bat, CMD will open and run through the normal processes, but never opens the application. It'll show the little SDRTrunk icon on the bottom of the taskbar, but it wont open onto the screen. Any ideas why the application won't launch?

If you hoover your mouse over that sdrtrunk icon does a view of the opened sdrtrunk show? If so, right click it and choose maximize

What kind of hardware you running it on? Do you have the waterfall turned on. If you are running it on gutless hardware (many try), and especially if you have the waterfall turned on, then you could be maxxing out CPU and may not have enough resources to run it.

What about clicking restore?

If I right click the SDRTrunk icon, the only option I get is "Close Window".

If I ALT/TAB to see all open window, it'll show a blank white screen for SDRTrunk. Nothing happens if I click on that window either...it just disappears back into the background somewhere.

Yes, I did have 2 monitors previously, but only one now.

What happens if you hoover the mouse over the icon in task bar, right click, click restore or maximize, hoover, right click , click move, push left or right arrow key on keyboard, then moved your mouse left or right....does the sdrtrunk come onto the screen?

Right on. Once all setup, I copy the C:/users/username/sdrtrunk folder to a thumb drive as a backup. That folder with work with new sdrtrunk installs

No problem. In the future bring your windows to your main screen before shutting down. This should help bring the windows back up on your main screen in the case your second screen isnt available for some reason.

Did you by any chance get a Windows 24H2 update? That's what killed mine and I can't find the cure!!

Installed the Win 11 24H2 update (KB5063878) (26100.4946) yesterday on my machine. SDRTrunk still purring like a kitten.
