Wardogs A/A 266.600 mention Teterboro. Looks like lots of rain up NH,Maine way now.
Seems most of the airborne tankers pushing SE from rainy areas up there.
Wardogs chatting A/A about come October 1st the kind of sad ending for them..Not happy campers.

Mark, my son texted me during lunch. There were three on the ground when he arrived to work this morning and he reported two more landed around noon. Thanks for the heads up. Yes, light rain here right now. I'll check recordings after work.

1356L - Unidentified hex code (PIA, no reg or type) in a circle just offshore Harvey Point Defense Testing Activity at FL089. It was out there yesterday and seems to have come from Florida on the 29th but is operation out of KFYJ Middle Peninsula Regional Airport in West Point, VA. Does not seem to be a drone based on flight characteristics (high 200s kts, FL230 on the way from Florida).

Hex A03CD0 resolves to N114TZ in the ICAO calculator but there is no aircraft in the FAA Registry with that registration.


In fact, the address associated with N114TZ resolves to the Surveillance and Broadcast Services Office at the FAA HQ building DC. (A place I worked at for well over a decade!)



Since this aircraft is part of the Privacy ICAO Address (PIA) program I am going to go down the path that thinks this hex code is part of a pool of masked hex addresses that is assigned to the PIA requestor to provide privacy from the (quasi) professional aviation sleuths like those found here.

I *think* this is a BUPERS-SDC P-8, so possibly a SHINR## callsign?
