From CNN. I don't understand where they are getting this information from. Fake news? The truth? Is this another Tic-Tac?

"Some pilots said the object "interfered with their sensors" on the planes, but not all pilots reported experiencing that.

Some pilots also claimed to have seen no identifiable propulsion on the object, and could not explain how it was staying in the air, despite the object cruising at an altitude of 40,000 feet.

The conflicting eyewitness accounts are partly why the Pentagon has been unable to fully explain what the object is, the source briefed on the matter said."

So, has anybody sent out to take a close look at the downed cylindrical objects - actually made it back??? o_O ;):)

1111L - And NASA426 (P-3) following in trail at 19K. Both were working offshore in the Virgina Capes. P-3 departed Wallops; U-2 departed Dobbins AFB. Both are now turning southbound.

Interesting that I had them calling into VX-1 Ops and you had same for VX-20 Ops..
Maybe VX-1 tails and VX-20 crews? Have someone working 313.700 A/A VX-20 discrete

Maryland ANG A-10s working down Pax River zone. Is this area part of R-4006 or just a hold area for R-4006?

Yup, that's in R-4006 as the aircraft is above 3,500' - no ordnance is allowed in that airspace however.

Thanks Terry, was gonna start a search on VHF as nothing on their UHF 259.700 A/A
You would think ZDC would give them a less busy ATC freq? NASA-806 has problems squeezing in calls.

Yeah or UHF at least - that guy is busy flying a difficult aircraft plus doing science work and on three radios.
