1727- Otis 32 (KC-130J # 170037 VMGR-252, MCAS Cherry Point, NC) transiting our area heading south. This guy had long, busy day. Started out at Cherry Point went up to Long Island, then to Nantucket. From there to upstate NY doing tour of Niagra Falls and Toronto area before heading back to Long Island and from there back home. Long navigational training flt. Maybe getting in some pilot/crew proficiency before heading across the pond to the sandbox later?

You bring the hot rod out from the garage to go cruising on Saturday nights because you know everyone will be watching...

With F-22 stealth they don't want the balloons to see them coming LOL

TFR went up over Montana:
That area notam says run by ARTCC ZLC Salt Lake City Center... surprising. A ,lot of listeners on there tonight.

Seems like a blank area up in Northern Montana with high flyer aircraft headed thru there adjusting courses a bit.
KC-135 out of Wash State #61-0294 just popped up in that TFR zone at FL250.

Pretty sure I shot this guy as well, was it in the 3 p.m. range? I saw he was coming this way out of Louisiana, then got busy with something and missed the approach, just got him heading away. Mad at myself and didn't look closely at ADS-B to see that it was UAE, assuming it was the same C-17. I've shot UAE C-17s taking off at Dover last year...
Yes it was, I think I saw another UAE C17 earlier in the morning too but he strayed further off shore
