I did not see a NOTAM listed for MDT Harrisburg, please post a link to it. If you are referring to the one below, those are remote transmitters and it is scheduled for May 5th as you mentioned.

Looks like I must've missed something a few weeks ago. The only person who this could've been in relation to was Harris but she did not come until 3 days later...maybe they flew up to practice?

A Marine Corps MV-22B Osprey prepares to land in New York City, April 11, 2023.

230411-M-SV143-1001C.JPG

“HMX-1 provided aerial transportation for the 38th Commandant of the Marine Corps, Gen. David H. Berger, and the 19th Sergeant Major of the Marine Corps, Sgt. Maj. Troy E. Black, for a speaking engagement with the Economic Club of New York and a visit to Recruiting Substation Empire State.”

They RON’d at LGA. Not sure if they flew the Commandant up or if they just flew him around NY.

1249 local RCH-588 C-17 #01-0188 NY ANG inbound Harrisburg with Baton Ops 395.100..
At first pilot was calling it Battin Ops like some other visiting pilots do but finally corrected himself to Baton Ops :)
Req 75k fuel and follow me vehicle.

RCH-428 C-17 #06-6167 departed Dover for Panama today.. Prob weekend Reserve crew flight like NY ANG.
Too bad US Mil not allowed to take shortcuts over Cuba. Would save some miles.

Here is a link to the MDT freqs
The two separate NOTAMs today for MDT are at Federal Aviation Administration: NOTAM Search and enter MDT in the search box. BTW the link you added was for HGR Hagerstown, but I was not aware of that site. Thanks!

Notice shutdowns are only for half hour and 1 hour on off traffic times.
Software upgrade? Freq changes,Hardware changes?
Some of these vendor software guys who get stuck doing changes only on weekends.Where I work almost every weekend
there is various vendor software/hardware changes on Saturdays and Sundays usually late at night..
Good money for those guys but lousy hours :(

No posts from the New England guys here but seems Pease had 8 RAF F-35B visitors Thursday on
their way West yesterday. They going to Alaska?

Tankers were ZZ343 RRR-9250 and ZZ331 RRR9252.
Just checked my recordings Mark. I had caught the flights using their refueling freq of 359.5 on their way into Pease and then after take off climbing out of Pease. Unfortunately, that's all I have as there were no UHF ATC freqs used. I do not record VHF ATC which is most likely what they used.

Log times:
4/27
1634z 359.500 no callsigns heard inbound to Pease.
4/28
1443z 359.500 Again, no callsigns heard on their climb out of Pease.

NOTAM from April 27 that I apparently missed: at NGU there’s a permanent change for ATIS from 342.0 to 338.225

And do you remember all the NOTAMs on April 18 and 19 for 287 sites across the country where FSS freq 255.4 was deleted? Today’s NOTAM shows 255.4 are permanently out of service at both MRB Martinsburg and RIC Richmond.
