Regarding the C-17s that live at MRB…my wife and I are at the airport frequently and have never seen more than six of them on the ramp. We were actually there when the inquiry about tail numbers came thru on this forum.

JADE71, 00-9001 AE0443, headed south along eastern seaboard approaching NYC after a return from Albania with a stop on the way for refueling. This airframe provides airlift support for the Gatekeeper Mission - clandestine support to foreign nations via State's FEST (Foreign Emergency Support Team). Looks like it is returning to McGuire where it departed from.

Heard that too, one of them said something to the extent of “that was a big bounce” boom operator might be startled because he mentioned earlier it was his first time on a 46, had some mishap getting fuel into 12 earlier

Sec of Def took a CBP chopper? to Annapolis

Not a CBP helo. Think it's a H60 from Ft. Belvoir. They have some H60s there that are painted this way to ferry around dignitaries. They a have kind a VIP interior to fly high ranking members of government around.

That's the Summit Aviation Landing Zone, New Castle County, Delaware stop on the schedule, Granddaughter graduates Sunday from St Andrews in Middleton, there is also a veterans cemetery he could stop at there.

Week ahead guidance, from the White House press office:

Tuesday, the President and the First Lady will return to the White House from Wilmington, Delaware.
Thursday, the President will deliver the commencement address at the United States Air Force Academy in El Paso County, Colorado.
Friday afternoon, the President will attend the Friday Evening Parade at Marine Barracks Washington.

No word on next weekend yet
