Hearing Steeljaw 1 talking to Steeljaw 2 on VX-20 345.100 and also talking to GOBLIN
which I think is backend callsign for Steeljaw-2.. Steeljaw 2 not showing.

Steeljaw 2 calls into VX-1 Pioneer Ops 341.100 says 600 and 601 will stay up for while longer.
Assume nose numbers for the E-2D's.

1114- Steeljaws working VX-20 Ops (285.2). At 1122 Steeljaw 1 working Bay watch (305.2) advising they will be in W386 for about 3.5 hours.
Interesting that I had them calling into VX-1 Ops and you had same for VX-20 Ops..
Maybe VX-1 tails and VX-20 crews? Have someone working 313.700 A/A VX-20 discrete

Maryland ANG A-10s working down Pax River zone. Is this area part of R-4006 or just a hold area for R-4006?

Here's all I could find from the LiveATC ZAN/Anchorage archives regarding Balloon (?) 2 the Sequel.

The players. The callsigns are "sounds like to me", any corrections appreciated.

BITE 65 and BITE 63, Tankers
LINK 01, F-22s
SNAKE 01, F-16s
Air Force Rescue 5827, C-130
CATCH 50, unid?

The recording starts around 1530 UTC and is from ZAN/Anchorage sector 15/16 which at the time were combined with ZAN 04, the sector where the shootdown occured. However around 1700 UTC the sectors were split and Sector 04 which is not covered by LiveATC could not be heard.

LiveATC audio, ZAN Balloon 2

F-22s were LYNX, F-16s FATE and the E-3 was CACHE50
