Scanning since the age of crystal scanners.
For anyone keeping track of Potomac Tracon freqs, 126.825 transmits from on the field at KMRB and handles stuff on approach into KIAD and assorted other airports in the Tracon's area of responsibility. Serves as clearance delivery for KMRB when the tower there is closed. The Tracon itself is located on the old NSA Vint Hill Farms site in Fauquier (few-KEER) County, VA. No spooks on the site any longer but the Covert Cafe is worth checking out.
