Nice video but the guy has the wrong bolts....the bolt series with the cotter pin are not the issue. It is the bolts that hold the fittings to the aircraft that were not torqued correctly _ or in this case not torqued far enough. These arrowed bolts coming loose cause the whole plug to separate from the airframe - the bolts holding the plug on the fittings are still there - its the bolts that hold the fittings on that are looseInteresting vid on that Alaska Airlines door.. Cotter keys eh? Sounds like bad idea to me.
