Looks like trying to get out of the way of the storm, they are calling for wind gusts of 50 MPH here tomorrow afternoon.

Good call.. They seem to be dropping down into Patrick AFB also home of 920 RQW/39th RQS HC-130J's.
Those RQW guys are hardcore.. Friend I used to work with was deployed to Kandahar AB for 6 months as Army National Guard
engineering unit. He said those RQW guys stick with themselves in seperate compund unit and don't say hi or anything or associate with anyone else outside their unit Serious folks... Not surprised they are choosing Patrick AFB.
That storm is looking nasty on radar..

Another tipoff from the West coast HF exercise guy

Wednesday evening to Thursday morning

Begin - 5:00 PM Eastern Wednesday
End - 5:31 AM Eastern Thursday

There are two 11-hour western blocks and one 12-hour eastern block. In Zulu time, they are:

West: 10/2331Z to 11/1031Z
East: 10/2200Z to 11/1000Z

Look for increased activity on the GHFS freqs as well as some HF discrete freqs

Interesting question from a USAF Mildenhall Fire Dept member on another forum. If anyone would know the reason it would be the guys in this group, maybe you will take a look. And, it's not often I suggest other posts, but it is an interesting question.

1140- Mango 28 (C-37 # 01-0028 Joint Base Hickam-Pearl Harbor HI) off ADW heading west.
I remember it seems not that long ago this tail along with 01-0029 were based at MacDill 310th AS.
I think based mainly for use by Centcom Brass down there but they were basically MacDill/Andrews shuttles and
needed elsewhere so #01-0028 got sent to Hawaii as Mango and #01-0029 sent to Germany as SPAR aircraft.

From Wiki.. 310AS On 1 July 2019, the C-37As were reassigned to other bases and the squadron was inactivated a few months later on 30 September 2019.
The 310 AS was recently redesignated the 310 SOS at Cannon flying U-28's or PC-12s.

Yeah that will sell quickly - although I do wonder if there is a cleanup issue too. Need to look that up.

IAF-726 just departed Dover 1 hour before Saudi AF arrival... Prob would have been some glaring looks at each other.

Odd destination for IAF-726.. Maybe to Chino to get some spare B-707 parts?
Lots of places near Chino - could be going there to pickup almost anything of interest to their military.

AF-2 #98-0002 having tough time landing in bumpy stormy wx? In low hold South of DC.
Now looks headed towards KIAD Dulles airport.Keep your seat belts on.Maybe crosswinds out of limits at ADW?
That diversion will get ground support/security units scrambling to Dulles.

Sure is blowing here. Last half hour have heard two tree branches crash down in neighbors woods.
Scary sound as you can hear them but can't see anything.. Bet will be lots of power outages soon.
Local Fire scanner already reports of wires on fire somewhere and 3 poles down.

Yesterday saw 2 KC-46's go direct Alaska BOBBY-61,71 and now BOBBY-71 starting down Pacific coast
at FL-260 assume dragging somebody.
BOBBY-61 now showing at FL-250 near Vancouver.
